Terrence's BioAfter being awarded the 1997 T&F News Male High School Athlete of the Year, Terrence went on to the University of South Carolina to become a 5 time NCAA Champion. Trammell’s 2009 indoor season ended with a bang when he led start to finish in the 60m hurdles final at the USA Indoor Championships in Boston, winning in 7.37 seconds to break Reggie Torian's 10-year-old meet record of 7.38. The time was just .01 off the American record, was a 2009 world leader, and gave him 1,259 points in the Visa Championship Series to win the title.
