I would say " stay patient... This is a tough sport and it takes a long time figure out. Take it one day at a time. "

Patrick Meek

Patrick Joseph Meek (born November 11, in Salt Lake City, Utah).
Patrick is one of the top US speedskaters in the distance events and team pursuit. Skating has a long history for Patrick's family. Both his grandfather and dad were avid speedskaters. As soon as Patrick could walk at the age of two, he was on skates pushing a bucket. Over the last two decades, Patrick has started pushing a bucket to chasing after the world's best. Since 2004, Patrick has been training in Salt Lake City, Utah, as a member of the US National team preparing for the Vancouver Olympics and beyond.
